Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how GLive ("we", "us", or "the Service") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our content publishing and live-stream management service for Facebook Pages.
1. Information We Collect
When you connect your Facebook account to GLive, we collect and store only the information needed to operate the Service:
- Basic account information — your name and the ID of your Facebook account, as provided by Meta when you log in.
- Page information — the names and IDs of the Facebook Pages you choose to connect.
- Access tokens — tokens issued by Meta that allow GLive to publish content to your Pages on your behalf. These are stored securely and used only for the actions you request.
- Content you upload — videos and post content you upload to GLive for publishing to your Pages.
- Service data — basic technical logs (such as timestamps and post status) needed to operate and troubleshoot the Service.
We do not collect data about your friends, your personal timeline, or your private messages.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above solely to provide the Service:
- To publish videos and posts to the Facebook Pages you connect, at your request.
- To show you the status of your posts and content queue.
- To maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties, except for Meta Platforms (through the official Graph API, as required to publish your content) and infrastructure providers that store data on our behalf.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secured servers. Access tokens and account data are accessible only to the Service itself and to authorized administrators. All communication between your browser, our servers, and Meta's API is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
4. Data Retention
We keep your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect your Facebook account or request deletion, your data is removed as described on our User Data Deletion page.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (see our User Data Deletion page).
- Revoke GLive's access to your Facebook account at any time via your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
6. Third-Party Services
GLive uses the Meta Graph API to interact with Facebook. Your use of Facebook is governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
9. Contact Us
