User Data Deletion

GLive respects your right to control your data. If you want to delete the data GLive has stored about you, you can do so in either of the following ways.

Option 1: Remove GLive from your Facebook account

1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. Open Apps and Websites (or visit facebook.com/settings?tab=applications).
3. Find GLive in the list of connected apps.
4. Click Remove and confirm.

Removing the app immediately revokes GLive's access to your Facebook account and Pages. Then follow Option 2 below if you also want us to erase the data already stored on our servers.

Option 2: Email us a deletion request

Send an email to ainamwan01@gmail.com with:

• Subject line: Data Deletion Request
• The name and/or Facebook Page name you used with GLive, so we can locate your records.

Upon receiving your request, we will delete all data associated with your account, including:

• Your account information (name and Facebook account ID)
• Connected Page information and access tokens
• Content you uploaded for publishing
• Related service logs

We will complete the deletion and confirm it to you by email within 30 days of receiving your request.
